This site is committed to helping those who are seeking addiction recovery.  There are audio/video links (you will need Realplayer or something similar for some of these), personal testimonies, writings, and resources designed to assist and encourage you to begin or continue your journey to victory over your addiction whether it be alcohol, drugs, food, spending or any other substance abuse or activity.  Contained on this site are pages rich with principles, guidelines and helps.  They are your gift from others who have worked through the recovery process and know how difficult it is.  The process of overcoming addictions is not the most difficult......making the decision and commitment to begin recovery is.
