The two circles represent your relationship with God. The circle on the left represents God. God is all powerful. So powerful that if he didn't limit His power you wouldn't be able to move let alone think.   The circle on the right represents you and your free will.  

He limits His power so you can have a free will – that is the freedom to weigh information and make a decision or choice.

Because God limits His power you have the freedom of will to do anything – good or bad.   You can exercise your free will to the point God has no power in your life.  (1Th 5:19 Quench not the Spirit.)

Your part of the relationship is to limit your free will to do God's will.

This is the relationship. This God and all of His power lives within you if you have received Jesus Christ as your savior.   

Illustration:

Think about driving a car.   The car has tremendous power.   You can give it power by pressing the foot feed giving it more gas or you can step on the brake pedal and bring it to a screeching halt.   You are the one in control.   The more you submit to God and limit your free will the more power God can use to work in your life.  You are in control.
